We are seeking a passionate and talented Certified Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this energetic role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions and other lash services. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and glamorous while providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you’ll utilize your skills in lash artistry, sanitation, and client care to deliver outstanding results that keep clients coming back.

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, comfort, and a flawless finish for each client
• Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for seamless client flow
• Promote retail sales by recommending lash care products and other beauty treatments like dermal fillers or body waxing
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare routines
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and engaging content to grow our online presence

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Lash Technician with proven experience in eyelash extension application
• Cosmetology license or relevant esthetician certification preferred but not required; must meet state licensing requirements
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for eye area treatments
• Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse clients
• Familiarity with additional beauty services like hair extensions, makeup application, dermabrasion, or dermal fillers is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
