Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, treatment, planning, education, and documentation according to guidelines and standards. The role also involves advocating for patients and participating in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Experience working with Kaiser is preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of Medicare and other payors.
• Understanding of residents' rights.
• Professional presentation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
