OCD Anxiety Centers is dedicated to helping underserved populations suffering from anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and compulsive behaviors. We are an evidence-based practice committed to scientific research and ongoing training.
This role supports evening clients with working hours between 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- A competitive salary between $90,000 - $110,000/year, based on experience and licensure

The Purpose of Your Role:
You will support and ensure the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IOP team and clients. Responsibilities include clinical interventions, documentation, treatment planning, crisis management, and collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide validation and motivation in a safe environment, engaging clients through interventions and skills development.
- Coordinate with management and team members on scheduling, treatment concerns, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans.
- Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions, conduct assessments, and monitor diagnoses.
- Lead group sessions, organize treatment, and perform individual psychotherapy following evidence-based protocols.
- Utilize de-escalation and crisis management techniques.
- Support company policies and foster a positive team culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Psy.
D, or Ph.D. - Unrestricted state licensure
- Professional presentation, punctuality, and excellent attendance
- Organized, proactive, and capable of independent work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in a changing environment
- Proficiency in electronic data entry and Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to sit, bend, lift, and walk as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of mental health experience
- Experience with OCD and anxiety
- Knowledge of CBT and DBT
