• Hands-on experience of Power Apps and SharePoint development:
• Core Power Apps Expertise
• Model Driven Apps – Dataverse modeling, forms, views, business rules.
• Power Apps Portals / Power Pages (optional but valuable).
• Power Fx – Writing formulas equivalent to Excel/DAX logic.
• Microsoft Dataverse & Data Modeling
• Understanding of tables, columns, relationships, lookups.
• Business process flows, security roles, solution layering.
• Knowledge of alternative data sources like SharePoint, SQL, Excel, APIs.
• Power Automate (Essential for Power Apps)
• Building automated flows, instant flows & business process flows.
• Connecting flows with Power Apps via triggers & responses.
• Error handling, approvals, and integration patterns.
• Strong Development & Scripting Knowledge
• HTML/CSS (for Power Pages & custom UI).
• Understanding C# (if integrating deeper with Azure or Dynamics 365).
• 15+ years of overall Industry experience of Scrum Master
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum
• Understanding/exposure to overall agile ceremonies and ability to lead those ceremonies
• Build monitoring alerts and incident response processes
• Detailed knowledge of tools like JIRA/SNOW/etc.
• Knowledge of managing multiple squads
• Onsite/Offshore coordination
• Handle/manage multiple teams from multiple vendors

$160,000-$175,000 per year
