• To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
• To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Experience on Nice CXone User Hub
• Experience in Studio Scripting, able to read and modify

• Experience with PCI PAL (is a plus)
• Experience of Satmetrix Feedback Management system
• Experience in CXone reporting with preference to be able to build custom reports.

Pay Range Minimum: $84,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $202,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits: A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance;
