Collaboration Engineer L3/4 (Slack/Google Workspace/Office 365)

HYBRID - Pleasanton, CA - Must be currently local

W2 ONLY Contract
• Six+ Months

Approximate Pay range for this position is USD $60.00/Hr - USD $70.00/Hr/W2

• Must have recent GSuite (Google Workspace) experience
• Looking for candidates with experience in enterprise environments
• Need to have experience working on email migrations (Exchange to Gmail and vice versa)
• Slack and Google Workspace administration with some automation/scripting experience around it
• 5+ years of Slack/Google Workspace/Office 365 experience
• Automation using API's is key
• Expertise with Slack functionality and administration
• Should be proficient with Google Work spaces and Microsoft Exchange
• Responsible for:
  Backend, managing systems, change settings, automation
• Slack Workflow Builder is helpful but not required
• Scripting:
  JavaScript and/or Python are recommended for Slack API
• Will be providing Level 3/4 support for MS Exchange/O365, Slack & Google Workspace, handling higher level escalations and in-depth troubleshooting at an engineer level
• Automation experience
• This person will not be performing implementations; it is a support-focused role

• Implement best practices & standards and governance controls for the services
• Create and maintain technical support and process documentation
• Build and implement new products and features aligned with the roadmap
• Develop, test, and implement processes with a focus on automation
• Collaborate closely with IT engineering and security organizations, ensuring compliance with audits and policies
• Performance monitoring and proactive correction of problems
• Use technical experience, professional concepts, and company objectives to resolve complex issues
• Rotating on-call duties as required

• Experience working with Service Now for ITSM
• Experience in automating processes via scripts, bots, MS Graph, Rest API and Service Now
• Expert in identifying gaps and finding solutions
• Microsoft, Google or Slack product certifications are a plus
• Experience in change enablement and internal communications

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $60/Hr - $70/Hr W2.
