Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clear documentation.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Manage resource allocation and monitor project performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Waterfall best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large technology projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification (preferred).

• Experience managing cloud, data, or enterprise application projects.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to vendor and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
