We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce configuration, data management, automation, security setup, reporting, and business‑user communication. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, configure the platform effectively, and support users in getting the best value from Salesforce.
This role requires a good understanding of standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, profiles, roles, permission sets, flows/workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data loading using Salesforce Data Loader.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Configuration and Customization- Configure and customize Salesforce to support business processes across sales, service, operations, or other functional areas.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, list views, tabs, and related configurations as per business requirements.
- Configure and maintain profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access controls to ensure secure and appropriate access to Salesforce data.
- Support day‑to‑day Salesforce administration activities, including user setup, access changes, configuration updates, and issue resolution.
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Flows, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
. - Translate business requirements into effective automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing flows, workflows, and validation rules.
- Ensure that automation logic is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Perform data import, export, update, upsert, and delete operations using Salesforce Data Loader
. - Prepare, validate, clean, and map data before loading it into Salesforce.
- Handle CSV‑based data loads, troubleshoot data load errors, and maintain data quality.
- Support data migration, bulk updates, duplicate cleanup, and ongoing data maintenance activities. Salesforce Data Loader is commonly used for bulk record operations, including insert, update, delete, export, and CSV‑based data handling.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, report types, and folders
. - Work with business users to understand reporting needs and convert them into meaningful dashboards and actionable insights.
- Support management reporting, operational dashboards, pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, end users, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
