Description
Duties include mailing and faxing receipts of personnel-related forms and letters, document scanning and indexing, internal distribution of documents within the HR Service Center, and processing of routine HR transactions using Windows-based information systems. Ability to process transactions w/in 95% accuracy rate as measured by internal quality assurance performance measures. Attention to detail, accuracy and quality required. Ability to work independently under limited supervision as prescribed by established HR Service Center guidelines and procedures.
Must adhere to client confidentiality rules, requirements & guidelines. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
