About the Role
Recruiting, Talent and Learning Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent, and Learning solutions internally at the company. This role provides Workday product and implementation expertise to business partners, works closely with internal customers to understand business requirements, helps configure and test the Workday solution, and provides day‑to‑day systems support.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in IT implementation, software consulting, or customer support.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Learning products.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management or project planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Excels in a collaborative environment, building relationships across teams to meet program goals.
- Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Able to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a "high rate of change".
- Open to 50% reporting to Pleasanton office.
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $125,200 USD - $187,800 USD. Additional US location(s) Base Pay Range: $105,700 USD - $187,800 USD. Eligible for bonus plan, stock grants, and annual refresh. Future compensation includes Workday Bonus Plan or role‑specific commission/bonus.
