- Identify high-value business problems and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners and senior leaders.
- Design and execute advanced analytical approaches to measure campaign performance, enhance measurement methodologies, and analyze customer behavior trends.
- Quantify relationships between campaign components (e.g., audience, creative, placement) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Lead the GTM delivery of scalable, insight-driven data solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, synthesize stakeholder needs, and proactively define analytical approaches to legacy and emerging challenges.
- Communicate analytical findings, lead training sessions, and develop client-ready use cases for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or an equivalent STEM degree strongly preferred.
- 4 plus years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision science roles.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and strong experience working with data warehouses (GCP preferred).
- Advanced Python skills for analytical workflows, modeling, and data validation, with hands‑on experience in Databricks environments and version control via Git Hub.
- Proven experience working with large, complex, and imperfect datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to surface insights and integrate recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools such as Power BI, ggplot, Plotly, or similar.
- 2 plus years of experience in Advertising, Media, or Retail Media Analytics.
- Experience designing experiments or causal inference frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to independently define analyses and develop lightweight data products with minimal guidance.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility). Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus.
