Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Overview

Salesforce Technical PM Location:
Pleasanton, CA - 3 Days/week to office

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Act as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects, providing architecture and coding guidance.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Work closely with QA, business analysts, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Support deployment activities using Salesforce Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on development experience in Apex, Sales Cloud.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Sales Cloud Consultant
