Principal Engineer - Enterprise Cloud Security

As a Principal Engineer in Enterprise Cloud Security, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and management of Zscaler, Palo Alto, and Global Protect VPN solutions. You will play a crucial role in the transformation and modernization of our network infrastructure to ensure a secure and efficient cloud environment. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud security best practices and a strong background in network modernization.

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Zscaler cloud security solutions.
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto and Global Protect VPN for secure remote access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Zero Trust architecture.
• Drive network modernization initiatives to enhance security and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company security policies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on cloud security best practices.
• Lead migration efforts to transition to a more secure and efficient cloud environment.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, providing timely resolution and mitigation.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in cloud security.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and technologies.

• Experience deploying and managing Zscaler cloud security solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Palo Alto and Global Protect VPN.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles and implementation.
• Strong background in network modernization and transformation projects.
• Ability to lead and drive security initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing cloud security solutions.

• Certifications in cloud security or network security (e.g., CCSP, CISSP).
• Experience with other cloud security platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  practices and tools.
