Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop executive-level Power BI reporting solutions
• Translate complex healthcare financial data into intuitive visualizations
• Build interactive reports that support operational and strategic decision-making
• Create reporting solutions leveraging enterprise semantic models
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Develop financial analytics and performance reporting dashboards
• Deliver insights around revenue cycle operations and financial performance
• Ensure reporting aligns with enterprise governance standards
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
• Improve data accessibility and business adoption of analytics solutions
• Collaborate with semantic modeling, architecture, and data engineering teams
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives utilizing Databricks and Power BI

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Advanced Power BI experience
• Experience creating executive and operational reporting solutions
• Strong dashboard design and data storytelling capabilities
• Experience developing business-friendly analytics solutions
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Business & Financial Expertise
• Healthcare industry experience REQUIRED
• Financial reporting experience REQUIRED
• Financial analytics experience REQUIRED
