Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in customer service operations and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Work on case management, service console, workflows, automation, and reporting
Support UAT, training, and deployment activities
Identify process improvements and recommend best practices within Salesforce ecosystem
Required
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM/Salesforce environments
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with case management, Omni-Channel, workflows, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Service Cloud Consultant preferred)
Experience working with enterprise clients
Prior experience in customer support/service operations
