Generative AI Lead

Generative AI Lead We are hiring a Generative AI Lead to spearhead AI innovation at our Pleasanton, CA office. You will lead a team building next-generation GenAI solutions — from LLM-powered applications to multimodal systems — and drive the AI strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions across product lines

Evaluate and select appropriate foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) for enterprise use cases

Oversee prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and model evaluation practices

Build responsible AI frameworks including guardrails, bias detection, and explainability

Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the AI product strategy

Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchersRequirements
10+ years of AI/ML or software engineering experience

Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications at scale

Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, LLMs, and foundation models

Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
Strong Python skills and familiarity with MLOps practicesUS Green Card or Citizenship required

Must be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA
