Sr Business Systems Analyst

About the Team

The team serves as a liaison between IT and business functions, analyzing complex business problems and providing technical solutions. It identifies, evaluates, and develops cost‑effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements, and works with internal and external resources, business analysts, and project managers.

Collaborate with stakeholder groups to analyze and translate simple to complex business problems into solutions. Ensure technical requirements are documented and aligned with business partners. Participate with developers, architects, peer business analysts, scrum masters, and program managers to deliver key business and technical capabilities. Conduct functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas. Shape requirements and align them with business/technology strategy.

Plan, prioritize, design, develop and deploy new projects and system enhancements. Coordinate and perform system testing to confirm requirements are met.

• Provide technical expertise and cost‑effective solutions that meet user requirements.
• Coordinate system testing and validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior business systems analyst role or related occupation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with work management tools such as Jira.

The role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, commission/bonus, and annual stock grants. Compensation is based on location, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
