As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with prospective customers to understand technical requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof‑of‑value engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to drive customer success, influence product direction, and develop scalable technical assets, while helping build and grow the Solutions Engineering function.

Job Details
  • 7+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or customer‑facing engineering roles supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • A background in the following domains: vAI, Observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations.
  • Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales and performance targets.
  • Strong technical foundation in SRE, Dev Ops, or infrastructure technologies, with hands‑on experience in areas such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability, incident response, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to lead proof‑of‑value (PoV) engagements from initial discovery through implementation, demonstrating clear business and technical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders, tailoring messaging to the audience.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑growth startup environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience developing technical demos, integrations, automation, or scripts using tools such as Python, APIs, Terraform, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve successful outcomes through technology adoption.
