Job Description About the RoleA high‑growth fabless semiconductor company based in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced Net Suite SCM Lead to join their ERP program. This is a hands‑on functional leadership role responsible for owning the end‑to‑end Supply Chain Management workstream within a Net Suite One World environment. The role operates in a hybrid model — splitting time between the client site in Sunnyvale and the dot Solved delivery office — with periodic onsite presence required for key milestones, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Net Suite SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Work Orders, Demand Planning, and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Serve as the primary functional owner for all supply chain‑related Net Suite processes — PO lifecycle, vendor management, item receipt, landed costs, and fulfillment.
- Manage standard costing, cost updates, and inventory valuation accuracy in alignment with Finance and FP&A requirements.
- Translate complex semiconductor supply chain requirements (consignment, drop‑ship, outsourced manufacturing / CM flows) into scalable Net Suite configurations.
- Design and document solution blueprints, process flows, and configuration workbooks for SCM work streams.
- Partner with integration teams on EDI, 3PL, and contract manufacturer integrations with Net Suite.
- Conduct onsite working sessions, fit‑gap workshops, and UAT with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Manage open items, decision logs, and issue resolution across SCM work streams.
- Provide weekly status updates to the ERP Program Manager and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate with the offshore delivery team for build, configuration, and test activities.
- Lead hypercare support for SCM modules post go‑live.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across supply‑chain workflows.
- Maintain and refine saved searches, dashboards, and SCM KPIs for operations leadership.
- 8+ years of Net Suite functional experience with a minimum of 3 full‑cycle Net Suite SCM implementations.
- Deep hands‑on expertise across:
Net Suite Inventory Management, Procurement, WO/Assembly, and Demand Planning. - Experience with multi‑location inventory, bin management, and lot/serial tracking.
- Knowledge of landed costs, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
- Experience with inter‑company fulfillment and drop‑ship workflows.
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or fabless manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Plan‑to‑Fulfill (P2F) business processes.
- Proficiency in Net Suite saved searches, custom fields, workflows, and CSV imports.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid engagement model — self‑directed during remote days, present and engaged during onsite sessions.
- Experience with contract manufacturer (CM) / outsourced manufacturing flows in Net Suite.
- Familiarity with Advanced Manufacturing (WIP/Routing) or MRP/Supply Planning modules.
- Exposure to EDI integrations (850/856/810) and 3PL warehouse integrations.
- Net Suite Administrator or Suite Foundation certification.
- Prior experience in a fabless semiconductor or deep‑tech hardware company.
- Strong executive communication — able to present trade‑offs and recommendations to VP/C‑suite stakeholders clearly.
- Structured problem‑solver with a consulting mindset.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Collaborative and proactive across both onsite client teams and internal delivery teams.
- Able to context‑switch between strategic design sessions and hands‑on configuration work.
