DAHLIN is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for its Pleasanton, CA office. This entry-level role provides in-person and remote 1st tier IT support across all offices.
The successful candidate will be the initial contact for IT support and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. Duties include installing and maintaining desktops, supporting software/hardware, AD and Office 365, mobile device management, onboarding, and occasional travel to other offices.
