• Lead the vision and roadmap for Data Cloud and Prism's data integration capabilities
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and other product managers to evolve Workday's analytics platform
• Engage with partner Product Management teams to co-develop a joint product roadmap
• Dive deep into customer use cases to understand how they leverage the platform for meaningful insights
• Build domain expertise in data preparation, data management, data warehouses, query engines, and feature engineering
• Serve as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams
• Foster a strong customer community and collaborate with Sales, Presales, Customer Success Management, and Product Marketing
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering high-impact customer outcomes in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise data software environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strategic Thinking:
Ability to generate and apply unique business insights to shape the long-term vision for Data Cloud - Cross-Team
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively with members from different teams - Customer Empathy:
Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and experiences - Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of data platforms, data lakes/warehouses, databases - Strong understanding of design thinking and the product development process
