Director of Platform Engineering at Meeru AI
San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)
Meeru AI is building an AI-native platform for enterprise finance teams — transforming ERP, CRM, billing, and operational data into grounded, auditable intelligence for CFOs and FP&A leaders.
We’re looking for a senior platform engineering leader to own the infrastructure, reliability, security, and deployment architecture powering our multi-cloud AI platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
You’ll lead Platform Engineering across:
- Multi-cloud infrastructure & Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)
- AI/ML infrastructure, GPU orchestration & MLOps
- SaaS multi-tenant, dedicated tenant, and on-prem deployments
- Security, compliance, and enterprise-grade reliability
- Internal developer platform & CI/CD
- Infrastructure cost optimization & Fin Ops
- Observability, incident management & disaster recovery
- Zero Trust architecture & Dev Sec Ops automation
- AI model serving, inference optimization & RAG infrastructure
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Pulumi
- AWS
- Azure

- Ray Serve

- Tenant-isolated AI model serving at enterprise scale

- Developer platform enabling fast, self-service deployments
- 10+ years in engineering, 5+ years leading platform/SRE teams
- Deep AWS/Azure/GCP experience
- Strong Kubernetes & IaC expertise (Terraform/Pulumi)
- Production ML/LLM infrastructure experience
- Enterprise security & compliance leadership
