We’re looking for a
thoughtful and hands-on engineering mindset, someone who knows Oracle ERP inside-out but also
gets fired up experimenting with AI in the trenches
. You’ll deliver projects, build client relationships, and explore how
agentic AI
can make delivery smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

Delivery (50%)

• Deliver Oracle ERP projects using AI.
• Apply Calfus’ methodology + infuse AI/automation that challenges the status quo.
• Bring creative, tech-forward ideas to help clients solve real-world pain points.
• Attend Steering Committees, deliver C-level presentations, and run project reviews.
• Serve as the go-to person for assigned pursuits.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and transform them into revenue-generating projects.
• Partner with larger Calfus eco-system toideate and validate solutions
  , scope engagements, and present effort/cost estimates with finesse.
• Lead executive presentations, showcase Calfus’s capabilities, and communicate value across stakeholders: clients, prospects and Oracle ISEs and Oracle solution engineers.

Innovation & Thought Leadership (10%)

• Pilot use of Aetherion Agents across various delivery use cases.
• Champion implementation of agents at scale.

Team Development (10%)

• Build, mentor, and inspire diverse project teams.
• Support career growth by giving actionable feedback and identifying opportunities.
• Support talent acquisition to bring right talent into Calfus.

Must-Haves

• Hands-on Oracle ERP experience (Oracle Cloud preferred), with
  at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  in a lead role, demonstrating client and people management skills.
• Deep functional understanding in Finance / Supply Chain / Manufacturing

• Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to
  independently lead conversations with executive stakeholders
  .
• Experience with global delivery models
  .
• Brings “don’t know but can figure out” attitude.
