IT Project Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations, Network Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including NOC (Network Operations Center) environments. The ideal candidate should have experience working with SRE or Dev Ops teams and a strong background in the Retail domain.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
Coordinate with NOC, Infrastructure, SRE, and Dev Ops teams.
Manage infrastructure operations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
Work closely with Network, Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities.
Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
Strong experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager / Technical Project Manager.
Experience working with NOC (Network Operations Center) environments.
Experience working with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) or Dev Ops teams.
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, including Networks, Cloud, Data Centers, and Operations.
Retail domain experience is required.
Experience with infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
PMP, Scrum, Agile, or ITIL certification is a plus.
