Job Summary:
TPMG Managing Director, Data Reporting and Analytics role is responsible for establishing an enterprise data, analytics, and reporting strategy aligned with organizational priorities, regulatory expectations, and long-term performance objectives; advising executive leadership on the effective use of data, analytics, and digital insights to inform clinical, operational, and financial decision-making; governing enterprise data and reporting operations to ensure transparency, consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs;
directing long-term planning and investment decisions for data platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise analytics tools, and advanced analytic capabilities; driving enterprise transformation of data, analytics, and reporting by bringing together diverse teams, functions, and stakeholders into a unified, high-performing organization; leading the standardization of the data & analytics operating model by aligning strategy, governance, standards, platform and execution across domains and groups;
partnering with executive leaders to guide the organization through complex change to deliver sustainable impact of data and analytics; and leading enterprise transformation of data, analytics and reporting by integrating distributed teams into a unified operating model.
This role is also responsible for defining prioritization frameworks for data, reporting, and analytics initiatives to maximize enterprise value and resource efficiency; overseeing enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and data product functions to deliver timely, accurate, intuitive, and actionable insights; advancing innovation through the responsible application of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to improve outcomes and performance; fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making through strong data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and executive engagement;
and developing high-performing teams by promoting continuous learning, coaching, and effective communication across technical and nontechnical audiences.
