Mid-level Litigation Associate - Real Estate; Pleasanton

YOE: 6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate disputes (business litigation experience is a plus)

• Manage complex real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution with general supervision, exercising independent judgment and strategic issue-spotting.
• Engage in substantive legal research, draft pleadings and discovery with precision, and represent clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
