• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law.
• Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients.
• Possession of at least a partial book of portable business.
• Experience representing clients before EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and CUIAB.
