Planning Manager; Supply Chain

Job Title

8 to 10 years of planning experience in Medical or Non-Medical domain (experience in Mechanical & electrical components)

Strong experience in Demand planning & Product life cycle planning

Experience in Purchasing, Production scheduling, Inventory management, Customer service, logistics and warehouse Management

Coordinates between all the departments to ensure products are supplied to market on time.

Responsible for managing metrics to scorecard teams performance in these areas.

Develops and communicates plans which ensure resources are optimized and service levels are not sacrificed and adequate inventory exists to support the organization.

Direct teams, remove obstacles and implement practices which ensures customers receive product in a timely manner using cost efficient processes (workforce planning, inventory management, purchasing, systems utilization)

Experience in demand planning tools like SAP

Experience in dashboarding & analytics for demand prediction

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience (Engineering degree not required)
