EssentialJob Duties
- Demonstrate and create a helpful and positive work culture.
- Encourage and build positive relationships; communicate effectively with all co‑workers, outside customers, and vendors.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Meet or exceed team productivity goals on key performance measurements.
- Meet or exceed all inventory integrity goals, including line‑item accuracy and dollar value variance.
- Meet or exceed financial targets, including parts cost per call.
- Maintain technical knowledge of all products.
- Make recommendations to the Branch Technical Manager regarding identified service training needs.
- Assist the Sales department with sales demonstrations as requested.
- Perform service calls on machines flagged on the “Excessive Activity” and “3 and 30” reports.
- Perform tech‑assist calls with other members of the service team.
- Service machines for the assigned account base, consisting of major accounts, escalated accounts, etc., as assigned.
- Familiarity with Pacific Office Automation product lines:
Canon, HP, Lexmark, Sharp, KM, Ricoh, Oce’, FP Mail, Kyocera, Riso, Kodak. - Certification and/or hands‑on experience with at least one of the following product lines is required:
Canon, HP, Lexmark. (Paid training on other manufacturer brands is covered by POA if necessary.) - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); strong customer service skills.
- Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and employees within the company.
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to use good judgment in managing conflicting demands and priorities.
- Demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks relevant information before making timely decisions.
- Strong ethics and functions effectively as a collaborative team member.
- Strong computer literacy – Fiery / controller experience is a plus.
- A self‑starter with the ability to work extra hours as necessary during peak periods.
- Pay: $24 – $34 an hour (DOE)
