For our client, we are seeking a BT Strategic Operations & Enablement - Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This senior leader will shape how enterprise strategy is translated into execution across a global technology organization. The role will build the operating cadence, portfolio governance, and management mechanisms that keep strategic priorities moving, while enabling executive visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align planning, investment decisions, and delivery practices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, operational rigor, and cross-functional influence.
Location:
Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid) - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $264,700 – $397,100 annually
Responsibilities- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans and measurable objectives
- Lead annual and multi-year planning processes with defined priorities and expected outcomes
- Establish management mechanisms to track progress and resolve issues
- Develop executive-ready insights on strategy execution and operational health
- Lead the portfolio-management model including demand intake and prioritization
- Create a governance framework enhancing visibility into strategic initiatives
- Build and lead an integrated operations function to improve delivery practices
- 15+ years of leadership experience in business technology and enterprise operations
- 15+ years of experience in strategic planning and multi-year investment portfolios
- 15+ years of expertise in financial and resource management
- 12+ years leveraging data, automation, and AI for operational excellence
- 12+ years successfully influencing outcomes in a global matrix organization
