About GL Partners Management

GLPM is a people-first multifamily property management company that is Rooted in People, Built on Community. We believe home is where people feel seen, supported, and truly cared for, and that begins with the leaders who build and protect that experience across our communities every day.

We're a boutique operator by design. The distance between a Regional Director and ownership at GLPM is short, decisions are made by people you will actually meet, and as our platform expands, so does the runway for the leaders who help build it.

The Opportunity

The Regional Director oversees the operations, performance, and people of a portfolio of communities. This is a strategic leadership role: you drive financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development across your region, while ensuring every community reflects GLPM's values and brand promise.

How You'll Live Our Values
  • Integrity:
Lead with honesty and courage across every market you touch; make decisions ownership can trust before you're asked to.
  • Community:
Champion real belonging for residents and teams at every property in your future portfolio.
  • Synergy:
Align property teams, corporate partners, and ownership around shared goals across your region.
  • Responsibility:
Own regional financial and operational outcomes as if the portfolio were your own.
  • Care:
Develop leaders and protect the resident experience, even as the portfolio grows.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention across the region.
  • Lead the full associate lifecycle across your region: recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of property leadership.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets; own P&L, general ledger, and financial reporting for company leadership.
  • Partner with the marketing team on strategic plans to attract and retain residents.
  • Inspect properties regularly for curb appeal, operations, and competitive positioning; ensure regulatory and Fair Housing compliance.
  • Respond to escalated resident issues and serve as liaison to the corporate office.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, disaster planning, and risk management across the portfolio.
What You Bring
  • 5-10 years in property management, including 3-5 years of direct management experience overseeing the full resident lifecycle.
  • A track record of leading multiple properties or a multi-site team, with strong P&L and budgeting fluency.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and retain property leadership.
  • Comfort operating with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across a multi-property region, including overnight stays.
Markets We're Watching

GLPM currently operates across the Western United States, including Southern and Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and possibly others! We welcome interest from Regional Director candidates based in or open to relocating within any of these markets, and we'll ask you to tell us which ones work for you.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Because this is a talent community rather than an open requisition, we aren't posting a specific pay range here. Compensation for any actual opening is scoped to that market and portfolio at the time it's posted, consistent with state pay-transparency requirements. In general, GLPM's Regional Director compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus opportunity, and a full benefits package (401(k) with match, medical, dental, and vision).

GLPM provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
