- Process silica wafers through etching, dicing, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and packaging operations.
- Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment, including chemical etch systems, wafer dicing equipment, UV curing systems, and inspection tools.
- Follow SOPs and manufacturing instructions while maintaining product quality, traceability, and accurate production records.
- Perform inspections and identify defects in wafers, components, and finished products.
- Safely handle chemicals and manufacturing materials in accordance with EHS requirements.
- Maintain cleanroom and manufacturing work areas to company standards.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly to meet production schedules and customer demand
- High school diploma or equivalent; college or vocational training preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor processing, medical device manufacturing, optics manufacturing, or other precision manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing chemical safety practices.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to safely handle fragile wafers, glass substrates, and precision-manufactured components.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and consistently follow detailed procedures.
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $28-33/hour. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. This role is also eligible for our bonus program, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
