We are seeking a Quality Control Production Associate (Plastics) to operate optical measurements, document readings, and ensure regulatory standards and compliances are met.

Responsibilities

• Process plastics consumable parts and inspect them for visual defects.
• Operate the optical measurement equipment and document the readings.
• Generate inspection reports and document the production process using GMP.
• Transport material between staging and operations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant industrial (Biotech instrument, industrial or semiconductor preferred) experience in production or quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality control measures in a regulated industry such as ISO 9001/13485 standards.
• Working knowledge of using spreadsheets and executing transactions in ERP systems.
• Experience executing production processes in GDP environment.
• Prior experience using CMM tools to generate metrology reports.
