QASource is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing initiatives, inspire our team, and drive our brand's growth in the marketplace. The Director of Marketing will oversee entire marketing strategy and execution including market research and brand positioning to demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and effective campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with QASource's vision, business objectives, and growth targets.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach.
- Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals and ROI expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, digital, creative, and communications functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Partner closely with Sales to co-develop performance-focused go-to-market campaigns, aligning execution with pipeline goals and conversion metrics.
- Strengthen QASource’s brand positioning and elevate brand recognition across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and event marketing to position QASource as an industry leader.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, social media, email, content, and events—to drive measurable business growth and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and deliver strong ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to continuously refine campaign strategies, budget allocation, and audience targeting for maximum impact.
- Lead comprehensive competitive and market research initiatives to uncover industry trends, emerging opportunities, and customer insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies that enhance positioning and growth.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to executive leadership to support business planning and innovation.
- Develop messaging, channels, and campaigns that resonate with technical, skeptical audiences—particularly engineering leaders.
- Build and manage an integrated demand generation engine to drive qualified leads and pipeline acceleration.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue impact.
- Lead the digital transformation of QASource's marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, ABM (account-based marketing), and website optimization.
- Develop a robust content marketing strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and podcasts to engage buyers at every stage of the funnel.
- Expand and diversify inbound and outbound demand generation channels to increase lead volume and quality, focusing on scalability and win rates.
- Lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies and marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance and drive marketing efficiency at scale.
- Lead the development and application of advanced data analytics to gain deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that enhance targeting, messaging, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data into marketing initiatives, ensuring a customer-centric approach that drives engagement and loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a B2B technology or services environment.
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand elevation.
- Extensive experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA services, and enterprise B2B buyer behavior is preferred.
