Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative marketing coordinator to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives by assisting with production, coordination, and maintenance of marketing materials across digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to the marketing team while ensuring marketing materials remain accurate, up to date, and consistent with the credit union’s brand standards.

• Support the production and implementation of marketing materials, including email, website updates, branch signage, flyers, internal communications, and others as assigned.
• Support marketing calendar assisting with project coordination, maintaining project documentation, organizing marketing assets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain recurring marketing touchpoints by updating promotional rates, marketing offers, statement messages/notifications/inserts, website content, and other routine marketing communications ensuring information remains current.
• Publish approved content across marketing platforms such as monthly marketing summaries, campaign resources, scheduling approved social media posts, and updating the company intranet with current marketing promotions.
• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including proofreading, vendor coordination, maintaining inventory, ordering marketing materials, and performing quality assurance reviews prior to publication.
• Assist with campaign reporting, event coordination, photography, and other marketing-related duties as assigned.

• Two years to four years of similar or related marketing, communications, or digital media experience. Financial industry experience preferred.
• Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in marketing or communications preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools preferred.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn marketing technologies and production processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Hourly Wage will range from $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour. Wages posted are for grade 9 and will depend on experience.
