Community Outreach Representative - Entry-Level

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and the community, promoting programs, fostering relationships, and increasing awareness of our services.

• Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups
• Conduct outreach campaigns to promote programs and services
• Assist with organizing workshops, outreach initiatives, and public events
• Track engagement metrics and maintain accurate records of outreach activities
• Support marketing and communications initiatives to increase community awareness
• Provide information and resources to community members and stakeholders

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and events
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
