Job Overview

Clinician Manager (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant). Reporting to Director of Clinical Operations.

Location:

Pleasanton, CA. Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday, 6:50 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (Some later hours may be required due to internal meetings/trainings).

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for weight loss and weight management, nutrition, women’s health, endocrinology, or Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement treatment. The ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and has a professional demeanor. The candidate will lead a small team of health coaches and member care coordinators.

• Provide transformative member engagement through dynamic 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and deliver education to support member transformation.
• Deliver routine care, including physical examinations and screenings, blending standard protocols with personalized care.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and follow-up for each member.
• Lead and develop the health coach and member care coordinator team.
• Cultivate a workplace culture aligned with Jumpstart

• Drive continuous improvement in standard operating procedures during team and management meetings.

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number.
• Background check clearance.
• Strong passion for dynamic care and weight loss program.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of preventative medicine, biomarker assessments, psychiatry, and endocrinology.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Adaptability, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanor.
