Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift. The RN will practice under the California Nursing Practice Act, hospital policies and C-I-CARE standards to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating with other providers and educating patients and families to prevent complications. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential for this role.
