Senior Nurse Director, Hospital - Regional Oncology Services & Strategic Initiatives

The Senior Nurse Director is the senior nursing leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and clinical integration of Kaiser Permanente Northern California's Oncology Cellular and Gene Therapy Service Line. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing executive looking to lead and expand advanced oncology nursing practices.

• Pay: $260,000 - $300,300/year
• Location: Pleasanton, CA

• Lead nursing strategy for Cellular Therapy, Gene Therapy, Bone Marrow Transplant, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and home infusion oncology.
• Align nursing operations with Regional Oncology strategic priorities.
• Establish long-term workforce and infrastructure strategies supporting oncology growth.
• Serve as the executive nursing sponsor for oncology service expansion initiatives.
• Partner with physician dyad leaders to establish a unified regional oncology strategy.
• Expand chemotherapy administration capabilities across NCAL.
• Support regional growth of CAR‑T therapy beyond existing Centers of Excellence.
• Lead operational readiness for TIL implementation.
• Support Gene Therapy and Bone Marrow Transplant expansion.
• Develop nursing infrastructure for future oncology innovations.
