Quality Control Inspector (1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour (W2)
Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a “Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform routine inspections of electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical components. This role primarily involves visual inspection to ensure products meet established quality standards throughout various stages of production.
Key Responsibilities- Perform visual inspections of incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished products
- Verify conformance to quality assurance standards and specifications
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non‑conforming materials
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation processes
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection‑related issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- This role is heavily focused on visual inspection, where attention to detail is more critical than technical tool usage
- Ideal for candidates with a quality mindset and experience in process‑driven environments
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
