Molecular Biology - Associate in Pleasanton, CA.
Job Duration:
Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $43/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave, 401K
Seeking a Molecular Biology Associate to support laboratory research through molecular biology experiments and assay execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), strong laboratory skills, and the ability to troubleshoot experiments while working in a collaborative research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform molecular biology experiments using established laboratory protocols.
- Conduct and optimize digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) assays for nucleic acid analysis.
- Workwith amino acid-related experiments and biomolecular analyses.
- Accurately document, analyze, and summarize experimental results.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues, communicate failures and lessons learned, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of laboratory work.
- Present findings and collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional research teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences,Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) (required).
- Experience performing molecular biology laboratory techniques and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Abilityto work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
