As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. • Passion for driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• People leader:
  Motivating and inspiring the team through AEO's core values, holding associates accountable to rocking AEO's service standards, especially on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• Eye for talent and love of training:
  Recruiting and hiring strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed, training and developing associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork:
  Challenging Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals, providing ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, motivating associates and driving engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
• Visual & operational innovator:
  Executing and innovating daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity:
  Ensuring store safety standards are maintained, committing to Asset Protection standards, adhering to AEO's policies and procedures, and always doing the right thing.
