Cashiers Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and answer their questions in a professional manner.
• Identify product items properly.
• Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
• Bag items properly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person with appropriate etiquette.
• Conduct customer returns and exchanges in compliance with the company's policies.
• Handle customer suggestions and complaints to support customer retention.
• Review, create, and apply new batches; update prices in the system; produce various sizes of price tags and ensure proper labeling of tags and signage.
• Process online orders according to company procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.

• Preference for bilingual candidates (English and Chinese).
• Ability to stand for long periods and to carry objects over 25 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Non‑U.S. Citizen applicants must possess a legal work permit.

The pay range for this position is between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour. This is a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Additional factors considered when extending an offer include responsibilities, education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
