We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager (ASM) to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

• Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and stepping into their role when needed.
• Supervising, training, and supporting team members to keep the store running smoothly.
• Greeting customers warmly, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, following company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Managing inventory, completing reports, and helping to maintain high operational standards.

• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when required.
