Overview
ADP is searching for the Major Accounts Client District Manager. Fearless, go-getter and trusted advisor who pursues opportunities, challenges the status quo, and delivers measurable results. This role focuses on driving strategic Human Capital Management initiatives within companies containing 150 – 999 employees. You will independently manage full sales cycles and sell our entire suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to C-level executives, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities- Drive our business forward by working within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to build a network with C-level executives.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling cloud-based HR solutions and other ADP products and solutions.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to your clients and develop/maintain relationships with internal groups within the territory.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory; strong presentation skills.
- High school diploma.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales.
- Ambitious with demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas; established network connections.
- Strong organization, time management, and effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.

In California, Compensation Range for this role is $56,100 – $121,500. Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings match, wellness program, disability coverage, holidays, personal days, vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary under law.
