ADP - Sales Representative, Major Accounts
In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, forecast your pipeline, and collaborate with internal partners to implement solutions.
Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Employ a consultative sales strategy to engage decision‑makers and business owners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and hand off to implementation teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reports.
- Build and nurture relationships within existing accounts, driving additional sales opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador while upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or related sales.
- Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
- Self‑starter with excellent communication skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
- Comfortable with cold calls, time management, and presenting ideas clearly.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Integrity, relationship building, and commitment to delivering on promises.
- Experience building networks and using social media for sales.
Base salary range varies by location, skills, and experience; additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
