Sales Director, Club at Ruby Hill

Responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Private Events and Tournaments.

• Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for membership sales
• Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
• Conduct tours of the club to qualified prospective members, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales
• Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts
• Represent the club
