Are you a bold, resourceful closer who thrives on both building your pipeline and closing high-ticket deals? We’re hiring a top-performing Sales Representative to drive our next stage of growth—with a competitive base salary ($80K–$100K) and uncapped commission, including bonuses for every self-generated win.

This is a hybrid role where hustle meets opportunity: you’ll walk into pre-booked appointments and generate your own leads through your network, social media, events, and boots-on-the-ground effort. If you're a self-starter who wants full control over your pipeline—and the paycheck that comes with it—this role is for you.

About the Role

This isn’t a transactional sales job. It’s a relationship-based role where you guide clients through life-changing renovations—from initial idea to final walkthrough. You'll sell premium residential and commercial projects, build lasting connections, and help shape how we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Close 45+ high-intent, pre-booked leads per month
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, social media, referrals, partnerships, cold outreach, and community engagement
  • Conduct in-person site walkthroughs to capture project vision, scope, and budget
  • Collaborate with design and operations to deliver seamless, premium client experiences
  • Own your sales pipeline in our CRM (we use ) and drive performance metrics
  • Contribute to sales strategy, campaign ideas, and playbook improvements
  • Represent the brand at key meetings and client touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

  • A charismatic communicator who builds trust and closes with confidence
  • Proven success in high-ticket sales—especially in remodeling, construction, or design
  • An entrepreneurial go-getter who doesn’t wait for leads—you create them
  • Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and comfortable with structured performance goals
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (Ripon, Pleasanton, Elk Grove)
  • Bonus:
    Past leadership experience or ambition to grow into a Sales Manager role
  • Base salary: $80K–$100K, based on experience
  • On-Target Earnings the 1st year: 150k-200k/ year
  • Uncapped commission + bonuses for every closed self-generated lead
  • Company vehicle (after 120 days)
  • A fun, driven, and supportive team that values autonomy and performance
  • On the rode role with travel to job sites in Ripon, Pleasanton, and Elk Grove (up to 90 minutes)
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with flexibility for client needs
