• Independently book accurate appointments
• Accurate inputting of leads into i360 (Sales Force)
• Independently use Centah and HDConnect
• Answer inbound calls
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• High attention to detail
• Competent using MS Excel and MS Word
• Competent in oral and written communication
• Experience using Sales Force is a plus
• Call center experience a plus
