• Hourly rate: $17.25–$25.39 (based on job, location, and schedule)
• In addition to hourly rate, may receive 3% commission on eligible net sales (commission guidelines apply)

As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty.

Passionate about both products and people, you play a key role in creating a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales.

You’ll serve as both an educator and a beauty expert – offering expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored consultations.

• Provide expert product advice and beautiful demonstrations.
• Offer tailored consultations, including makeup application and skincare recommendations.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor.
• Assist with merchandise moves and support seamless customer experience.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and share offers and product launches.
• Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• Achieve daily sales goals and surpass performance targets.

• Start each day energized, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is ready.
• Engage customers with welcoming conversations and build relationships.
• Maintain counter and sales floor, refresh signage and pricing.
• Finish the day sharing loyalty benefits and politely thanking customers.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Continuously improve by striving for excellence and learning from others.

• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) with dependable attendance.
• Strong communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to build personalized beauty experiences and educate on product benefits.
• Driven to meet and exceed daily sales goals through exceptional service.
• Experience opening credit accounts and promoting loyalty benefits.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.

• Requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching.
• Standing for more than two hours and lifting up to 25lbs.
• Requires vision, color vision, depth perception, and close focus.
• Frequent computer use including hand‑held equipment and cash register processing.
